PMA Solutions is a performance marketing agency working from Amsterdam and Spain. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect, and why
We keep it minimal. This is everything:
- Contact and quote forms. Name, company, email, phone number and your message. We use these to reply and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Booking a call. The booking tool on our contact page is Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google processes the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) to create the appointment. Legal basis: taking steps at your request.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we process whatever you send us in order to answer. WhatsApp conversations run through Meta's WhatsApp service under Meta's own terms.
- Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: pages visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time on our cookie page.
- Client work. When you become a client, we process the data needed to run your marketing (account access, reporting data, contact details). That processing is covered by the agreement we sign together, not by this page.
We do not sell personal data, we do not buy marketing lists, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Who else touches your data
A few processors help us run this site and our work. Each one only gets what it needs:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions so they reach our inbox.
- Google provides analytics (only with consent), the booking calendar, fonts served from Google's servers, and our email and document tools (Google Workspace).
- Meta handles WhatsApp messages if you choose that channel.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions and emails: up to 2 years after our last contact, so we have context if you come back.
- Analytics data: 14 months, the shortest retention Google Analytics offers.
- Client records: 7 years where Dutch tax law requires it, otherwise no longer than needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email team@pma-solutions.eu and we respond within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS with strict transport security. Access to submitted data is limited to the two of us who run PMA Solutions, protected by two-factor authentication.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get a note on the site.
